Hudson Hagstrom, President
Hudson was born and raised in Billings, Montana, and has been passionate about the green industry for as long as he can remember—starting as soon as he was old enough to push a lawn mower. Inspired by his childhood hero, his grandfather Doc Hagstrom, Hudson learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and community. When Doc passed away in 2007, he left each of his grandchildren $1,000. Hudson used that gift to purchase his first commercial mower, planting the seed that would grow into H2 Lawn and Snow.
Driven by his love for outdoor spaces and a commitment to excellence, Hudson has dedicated his career to the green industry. Over the years, he has guided H2 through incredible growth and success. Despite the company’s achievements, Hudson remains humble, consistently crediting his progress to the amazing team he’s built, the unwavering support of loyal customers, and his incredible family.
Hudson is blessed with a supportive wife and two wonderful children who inspire and encourage him every step of the way. Their love and encouragement fuel his passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and growing a business rooted in community and care.

Jake Kurtz, Chief Operating Officer
Jake Kurtz has been an essential part of H2 since 2012, back when the company was running just one full-time lawn crew. Over the years, Jake has worked tirelessly to learn and master every service H2 offers, becoming a cornerstone of the team and a trusted expert in the field. His dedication, skill, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in helping the company grow and thrive.
Originally from Upstate New York, Jake came to Billings in 2012 with plans to travel, explore the country, and eventually return home. However, Montana quickly captured his heart, and he decided to put down roots in Billings. Since then, Jake has purchased a home and started a family, embracing his new life in the Treasure State while still holding a deep love for all things New York sports.
When he’s not hard at work, Jake enjoys traveling with his family, whether it’s attending football games, relaxing on a sunny beach, or visiting loved ones back in New York. His passion for life, both on and off the job, shines through in everything he does.

Madison Tucker, Office Manager
Madison Tucker joined H2 Lawn and Snow in February 2020 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. With eight years of experience in the restaurant industry, her exceptional customer service skills and keen attention to detail shine in everything she does. Madison has filled a crucial role on the H2 team, ensuring prompt and efficient administrative support for our valued customers. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to learning continue to enhance her knowledge of the industry, making her an even stronger asset to our team.
Madison’s family-oriented nature brings warmth to the office, as she often shares pictures and stories of her beloved niece, spreading joy to those around her. Her strong work ethic, paired with her genuine care for both customers and colleagues, sets her apart as a standout professional.

Sam Anderson, Operations Manager
Sam is the driving force behind the operational excellence of our lawn and landscape company. With an extensive background in management and a passion for fostering talent, he brings invaluable expertise to his role as Operations Manager.
In his capacity, Sam takes charge of hiring and training new team members, ensuring that each individual is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their respective roles. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality control guarantee that every task is executed to the highest standards, leaving no room for error. In the busy season, Sam ensures that tasks and projects don't fall through the cracks and acts as a safety net for H2.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Sam finds joy and fulfillment in his personal life. He has been happily married to his wife Hannah for six wonderful years, and together, they share a commitment to improving their home through remodeling projects. This passion for enhancement extends beyond the workplace, reflecting Sam's unwavering dedication to excellence in all aspects of his life.
Thomas Smith, Turf Care Division Manager
Thomas seamlessly transitioned into H2 in the Spring of 2019, bringing with him five years of invaluable experience in the green industry. His rapid acclimation to our team and operations was a testament to his dedication and aptitude.
Previously running our lawn care division for 2 seasons, Thomas's leadership has been instrumental in the growth and cohesion of his team. Now, as the head of our fertilizing division, he spearheads initiatives that propel our company forward while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Thomas's infectious positivity and exemplary work ethic serve as a guiding light for our team members. He leads by example, consistently demonstrating a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence in all that he does.
Outside of work, Thomas's personal life is just as fulfilling. He married the love of his life in the Summer of 2017, and together, they recently expanded their family by adopting a dog from a local animal shelter. As they embark on this new chapter together, Thomas and his wife find joy in the simple pleasures of family life.
Adam Marsac, Billings Landscape Division Manager
Adam has been immersed in the landscaping industry since his freshman year of high school, turning a part-time job into a 15-year passion and career. Over the years, he has honed his craft, transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes for the Billings area. With a meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to exceptional customer service, Adam approaches every project with a commitment to excellence.
From mastering the basics of a shovel in his early days to now managing complex installations, Adam’s expertise spans a wide array of landscaping services. He has extensive experience in creating custom patios, installing waterfalls, concrete curbing, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and selecting plants that thrive in our unique climate. His depth of knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable resource, capable of bringing any outdoor vision to life.
What truly sets Adam apart is his humble and teachable spirit. Despite his extensive experience, he remains committed to learning and growing, always striving to improve his skills and uplift those around him. This mindset not only fuels his personal development but also enhances the quality of his work and the relationships he builds with clients and colleagues.
When Adam isn’t busy crafting beautiful landscapes, he’s often found enjoying the great outdoors with his son, especially fishing, or finding ways to support and bless his family. Jayden Ramirez, Lawn Mowing Division Manager

Outside of work, Jayden leads an active and adventurous lifestyle that mirrors his professional dedication. Kobe Hutch, Sprinkler Division Manager
Kobe Hutch is the manager of our sprinkler division, bringing a unique blend of problem-solving expertise, quick adaptability, and a genuine passion for customer relationships to his role. Kobe has rapidly developed a deep understanding of the field through his sharp mind and dedication to mastering his craft. He is known for approaching challenges with focus and creativity.
